Halle Berry‘s bitter split from her ex-partner is not about to abate.
The Extant star broke up with Gabriel Aubry – with whom she shares joint custody of six-year-old Nahla – in 2010 after four years together and documents obtained by TMZ show that their feud is far from nearing an end.
A document submitted to the court by Halle and her lawyer allegedly reads: ‘There is no case, no law, no logic that says a healthy, active man gets to simply live off child support that the wealthier mother earns.’
Meanwhile, Halle has reportedly requested the child support she pays to Gabriel to be reduced from $16,000 a month to approximately $3,800.
However, her ex-partner is fighting the request because an altercation between Halle’s current husband, Olivier Martinez and himself in 2012 is believed to have left the model with little work because of his alleged injuries.
The documents also reveal that Halle believes Gabriel is using most of his monthly income from her on his own needs.
She alleges that he spends over $700 on fitness, just short of $1000 on clothing and nearly $2,000 on car expenses among others.
